The 8th Annual LCDA Board Leaders Convening is the largest gathering of Latino business leaders at the pinnacle of corporate leadership and governance, our Annual Convening brings together board-proven and board-aspiring members, CEOs, diversity allies, corporate partners including; Fortune 1000 companies, private equity, and search firms. This year's conference will take place November 1-3, 2023, in Plano, Texas (Dallas Region), hosted by Toyota Motor North America, Inc., and presented by KPMG.

An invitation-only event for intimate peer learning and networking, the agenda will feature dynamic panels, peer exchanges, trending corporate governance discussions presented by some of the Nation's leading business leaders, and our annual Corporate Visionary Awards reception and dinner.

We are excited to announce Toyota Motor North America, headquartered in the Dallas Region, as the host for our 8th Annual Board Leaders Convening. Toyota has long been a supporting partner of LCDA and today, our partnership has grown to include multiple former and current Toyota executives as LCDA members.

The beautiful Renaissance Dallas hotel is located a short distance from the Toyota Headquarters, next to the many outdoor shopping and restaurant options at Legacy West. Shuttle service will be offered and will be available for all events.
