Our services are free to use. However, if you select a candidate we introduce you to, we would be grateful for a donation to our non-profit organization, Latino Corporate Directors Education Foundation. Your contribution will help us continue our work toward our vision of a world where we work together to maximize shareholder value and elevate communities to greatness.
LCDA partners with board influencers including CEOs, Nom/Gov Chairs, Corporate Secretaries, private equity, venture capital, search firms, and talent partners to connect with senior Latino talent.
Once the request is received, LCDA will follow up to confirm receipt of the request. LCDA respects the confidentiality of partners and candidates. We will only facilitate introductions to candidates pre-selected and approved by the requestor.
