2023 - 8th Annual Board Leaders Convening Recap





The 8th Annual LCDA Board Leaders Conveningtook place November 1-3 at the Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) Headquarters in Plano, Texas hosted by Toyota.

Our Convening Presenting Partner KPMG returned and joined nearly 40 other trusted companies supporting the LCDA missions to increase the number of Latinos on corporate boards.  


The Annual Convening attracted over 300 LCDA Members and Partners for two days of sessions and networking. Sessions included:

  • Artificial Intelligence for Good
  • Building the Future Board: Embracing Diversity for a Thriving Governance
