     The hotel is located in downtown Miami, just a 20 minute drive from Miami International Airport.

HOTEL PARKING FEES

     Overnight: Regular Vehicles $57.83 (tax included) ; Oversized Vehicles $68.90 (tax included) 

     Visitors: $30 0-2 hours; $40 2-8 hours; $50 8-12 hours; $57.83 12-24 hours

Who's Coming?

What's the Agenda?

The Convening agenda will be posted this summer. Members will be informed via email when it is available.

What does it cost to attend the ConveningI?

The Convening is an invitation-only event that is complimentary for LCDA members and invited partners. Your registration for the Convening is an exclusive member benefit and covers one person. LCDA has the right to cancel registrations as needed.

Can I bring a guest to social events?

If you would like to bring a guest to any social events, please contact Larell Rodriguez via email at lrodriguez@latinocorporatedirectors.org. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, depending on event capacity.  

Are meals provided with my registration?

Breakfast and lunch will be served on both Friday, November 15 and Saturday, November 16. There is also a complimentary Awards Banquet for all attendees on the evening of November 15.

What should I wear?

Opening Reception: Smart Casual

Convening Sessions: Business Casual

Corporate Visionary Award Dinner: Business or Cocktail Attire

Is there a room block for the event?

Yes, rooms are available at the InterContinental Miami for the discounted rate of $229 per night plus tax. You can book your room here.

Will there be a coat/luggage check?

Luggage can be left with the bellmen at the InterContinental Miami

If I have to take a personal meeting or call, where do you recommend I find a quiet place to take my call in private?

In the InterContinental Miami lobby, there are many places to take a phone call and staff can direct you to those locations. If you need total privacy, we suggest you take the call in your hotel room.
